✦ I’ll draw original characters or fanart. Slight NSFW/nude is ok, no heavy gore. Animals, aliens and fantasy races are ok - but only with proper examples/references!✦ Prices can be negotiated for extra outfits, animal companions, borders/frames and backgrounds.✦ Simple commissions take up to a couple weeks to complete, while more complex ones can take a couple months. Please let me know whether you have a specific timeframe/deadline beforehand.✦ Payment is only available via boosty (accepts most bank cards) or hipolink (accepts paypal). By paying for a commission, the Client agrees to all terms of service. The commissioned artwork (digital drawing) is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The Client cannot resell the image, sell copies of the artwork for profit, remove the Artist’s signature, or claim it as their own.By commissioning the Artist, astrociously (aka astrovsart), the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. All rights to the artwork remain with the Artist, including its distribution and use. Both the Client and the Artist have the right to publically post the artwork on any platform, including social media and portfolio. Payment for an artwork is sent upfront before the start of work, or in two parts. If the Client chooses to pay in parts, the remaining of the payment must be paid before the end of work (completion of the artwork). Refunds are not available.The Artist reserves the right to stop working on a commission, or decline further revision requests due to rude or inappropriate behavior from the Client, as well as a breach of these terms of service.
