There's no need to be proper and official over the emails, we're chill here :D as an option we can take the conversation to Discord for bigger/more complex commissions for convenience's sake.Commission types:✦ Bust: shoulders, chest, and upper arms visible.
✦ Half-body: down to waist or hips area depending on the pose.
✦ Full body: the whole character.
✦ Style: fully rendered, clean sketch, or in-between (negotiable price).
✦ Black & white portraits come at a discount!What I'll need (references or written descriptions):✦ The characters -- their appearance and clothing.
✦ Pose and facial expression.
✦ Props/weapons/type of magic they use if applicable.
✦ Background/frame/extra decorations if you want any.We can use screenshots from games, picrews, official art, your own sketches, real photos of face claims, stock images, other people's art (only as inspo, I will not redraw/borrow someone else's designs!). Please refrain from using genAI to make your references; it's better to give me a written description, and I'll do the searching and brainstorming for you.What I'll draw: original characters or fanart; slight NSFW/nude is ok, no heavy gore. Animals, aliens and fantasy races are ok - but only with proper examples/references! I'm down to work on any fandom (games, books, visual media etc) with very few exceptions.Character design: if you don't have an established design for your character, hire me to brainstorm and come up with their appearance and outfit! I'll still need you to provide some descriptions and inspo for what you'd like to see.Pricing: the prices stated above are a starting point, and they can be negotiated if you have a specific budget in mind. If what you can pay is (slightly) below the base price, we can potentially make it work with me dedicating less time on details and rendering to make it fair.Time frame: generously speaking, simple commissions take up to a couple weeks to complete, while more complex ones can take a couple months. Please let me know whether you have a specific deadline beforehand.Payment: only available via boosty. It's secure and easy to navigate -- I'll make sure to help if you face any issues! The payment can be done in full upfront or divided into two parts: 50% upfront, and 50% after I provide a clean, detailed sketch. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide refunds at this time.Work in progress: after the payment is received, I'll begin working on the first draft. You'll be able to see the progress throughout the whole process, usually I end up sending 2-4 wips depending on complexity of the commission. You can ask for adjustments with each wip, but major redraws/additions after the first draft has been approved will cost extra.Delivery: once the commission is complete, you'll receive a png file that's between 1000px-2000px wide ready to be posted on socials. Additionally I can provide a larger jpeg file that's more suited for printing, as well as a psd (photoshop) file with separate layers.Feel free to reach out if you still have any questions!

By paying for a commission, the Client agrees to all terms of service. The commissioned artwork (digital drawing) is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The Client cannot resell the image, sell copies of the artwork for profit, remove the Artist’s signature, or claim it as their own.By commissioning the Artist, astrociously (aka astrovsart), the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. All rights to the artwork remain with the Artist, including its distribution and use. Both the Client and the Artist have the right to publically post the artwork on any platform, including social media and portfolio. Payment for an artwork is sent upfront before the start of work, or in two parts. If the Client chooses to pay in parts, the remaining of the payment must be paid before the end of work (completion of the artwork). Refunds are not available.The Artist reserves the right to stop working on a commission, or decline further revision requests due to rude or inappropriate behavior from the Client, as well as a breach of these terms of service.
